Hello, I am Dr. Elshaday, a Board Member of the Ethiopian Women's Rights Advocates (EWRA). As a medical professional, I am deeply committed to addressing the impact of Gender-Based Violence (GBV) on the physical and mental health of individuals. Witnessing the suffering caused by GBV, I am determined to provide comprehensive care and support to survivors. Through my role at EWRA, I strive to raise awareness, advocate for survivor-centered policies, and collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure holistic support for GBV survivors.
